The inspiration for Bruce Leroy’s is the famous 80s movie “The Last Dragon”. This project is a celebration of the black community and the karate pop culture of the 80s. The logo, illustrations and tone of the brand all take heavy influences from the style and vibe of the movie.

Every touchpoint of this brand is meant to create the sense of energy and movement. One way to truly infuse that is through photography. Food photography tastes like that first cheesy bite in your slice. People photography feels like larger than life expressions of self through style and emotions. Culture photography feels like real life, real people and true authenticity. All these things come together to create that energy.
